New for 2026: Charolais & Friesian Barns
We are delighted to announce two brand-new self-catering holiday barns opening in June 2026, expanding the collection at The Old Parlour, Cornwall.
Charolais Barn and Friesian Barn have been thoughtfully designed for relaxed countryside living, combining contemporary comfort with everything you need for a memorable Cornish escape.
Spacious, stylish living
Both barns sleep up to six guests and feature:
- Three beautifully appointed bedrooms
- A light-filled open-plan kitchen, living and dining area
- Patio doors opening onto a private outdoor space
Step outside and unwind in your hot tub while watching the sunset, enjoy friendly competition in the outdoor games area, let little explorers loose on the woodland adventure playground, or gather around the fire pit as the evening draws in.
Bedroom & bathroom layout
Inside, the layout has been carefully planned for comfort and flexibility:
Upstairs:
- King-size bedroom with ensuite shower room
Downstairs:
- Double bedroom
- King or twin bedroom (configuration selected at the time of booking)
- Contemporary family bathroom
Dog-friendly
We know holidays are better with dogs.
- One dog is welcome
- Two dogs are permitted if they are a small breed
